June 2--eGroup, Inc. today announced it has received the 2010 EMC Velocity2 Authorized Services Network (ASN) Quality Award from EMC Corporation for achieving outstanding service excellence and delivering exemplary levels of customer satisfaction as demonstrated by EMC Velocity Authorize Services Network Quality (ASNQ) program.The ASNQ program is a project-specific survey program designed for Velocity2 ASN partners to solicit customer feedback about the quality of their service engagements. The survey results enable partners to engage in a continuous improvement process, resulting in a higher level of professional services quality and customer satisfaction.
