WARM UP! Digital Corridor Member eGroup is sponsoring 3 Wellness Runs to help participants prepare for this year’s i5K!  These sessions will be led by Karl Walsh, last year’s overall winner. Mark your calendars for the third one, which will be held on March 31 at 6:00pm, starting at the Flagship!

Karl will assist runners by offering pointers to better their techniques. Each session will conclude with a brief “cool” down – to include pizza and drinks.
