Legal Issues for Start-ups & Young Businesses

2/19/10

As young companies start out, it is important to understand the implications of the legal structure they choose.  At the  ‘Fridays @ the Corridor’ monthly series on February 19th, Jim Buxton, a Corporate and Securities attorney with Young, Clement, Rivers, LLC, licensed in VA, GA & SC, discussed this issue along with transparency and the legal relationship.  Jim also explained the changing delivery models for the legal profession, empowering our knowledge-based client companies to make wise consumer choices.

If you would like to attend a future "Fridays," please contact Amy Lawrence or call 843.579.7508.  This interactive forum is meant to engage and inform Charleston’s knowledge-based community. Attendance is limited to 30 guests, with Digital Corridor members given priority. Interested stakeholders in the community are welcome. The non-member fee is $20.
