As companies in Charleston’s knowledge economy evolve and mature, it is critical they have a strategy for moving forward and successfully growing their businesses. Developing a ‘Strategic Plan’ allows organizations to define their mission, clarify short and long term goals and develop a unified vision for their team.
Tom Leonard, former President of Samsonite USA and Dippin’Dots Ice Cream, and current President of Leonard Strategic Advantage, led the first of a three part “Fridays @ the Corridor” series - “Growing Your Business.” The January 15th discussion focused on the fundamentals of Strategic Planning.
